Lessons in Colored Pencil: The Monarch
Notes:
Sharon cuts a piece or regular paper in half to create her drawing on. She then cuts the vellum paper to a size that looks good based on the size of her drawing. Notice that her vellum paper is smaller than her drawing paper. She also recommends using artists tape (or scotch tape) to hold the vellum in place on the drawing paper. This is not required, but it will help.
