Frequently Asked Questions
Creating A Masterpiece values learning art as a group. A Group license is limited to groups of at least 15 students and priced per student account. When you purchase your Group access, you will receive login credentials for the specific number of student accounts you purchased (example: if you have 33 students, you will be charged $35.00 per student and will receive access to 33 student accounts).
We do ask that you protect the integrity of group pricing and not have multiple students using the same student account. Creating a Masterpiece reserves the right to cancel your entire Group Access and you will forfeit any right to a refund if our system detects multiple students are accessing the same student account. Thank you for honoring this commitment.
Good quality supplies are vital for your student’s success. Supplies are not included with any Creating a Masterpiece art program. You will always save money if you purchase art supplies on your own.
After purchasing your Group access, an Account Concierge will reach out to you to help answer any questions you may have about lists, supplies, and recommendations. We will direct you on where you may find the best supplies based on our careful review of available options.
When you purchase Group access through Creating a Masterpiece, an Account Concierge will connect with you at the first opportunity to help you onboard with our system. They can answer questions, give insight, and ensure you have the access you need to get started.

A Group license through Creating a Masterpiece is good for one (1) full calendar year. For example, July 1st through June 30th of the following year.
It’s important to note that you can tell us when you’d like to start your access. It doesn’t have to start on the day of your purchase. Your first day of access can begin on a set date that you coordinate with your Account Concierge.
There are three (3) key details your Account Concierge needs from you to get started with your Group access after purchase:
- The name of every student for whom you’re purchasing student accounts.
- The contact email of every student (preferably a parent’s or guardian’s email address) so we can email direct access.
- The start date that you would like your Group access to begin for your full calendar year.
We understand — groups change, sometimes from month to month. If a student chooses to leave your group, they’re encouraged to contact Creating a Masterpiece directly and we can change their access to an Art at Home plan and cost.
However, Creating a Masterpiece reserves the right to not offer refunds, even partial refunds. Refunds may be offered due to extenuating circumstances. If a student leaves your group, you can request for their student account to be reset and another student may resume that student account for the remainder of the license.
