Step by Step: The Macaw

Join master artist and teacher Sharon Hofer as she guides students step by step through the process of learning to create this beautiful work in Colored Pencil. In this project Sharon will not only help students create a beautiful project, she will also teach them the techniques real artists use to make similar projects. The Macaw teaches the skills the beginning student needs to create their own masterpieces. To complete this beautiful project you will need multimedia Vellum paper, a regular pencil, an eraser, and a variety of colored pencils. Sharon recommends Prismacolor pencils. You can choose the colors you like. Sharon uses Red, Orange, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, White, and Black.
