By subscribing to or purchasing any product, in any way, you are agreeing to purchase access to the product you subscribe to. Each product clearly delineates the product, rate, term, and whether the customer is agreeing to an automatic renewal. When applicable, by clicking “Subscribe” or “Submit” the customer is agreeing to the automatic renewal.
Supplies are not included in any product unless specifically indicated by that product. Creating a Masterpiece is not responsible for providing supplies. Creating a Masterpiece LLC may voluntarily provide a list of supplies necessary to create each project. We often provide links to affiliates where the supplies can be purchased. Creating a Masterpiece is not responsible for any part of the supply purchasing process. All responsibility for external purchases is wholly assumed by affiliates and is governed by their terms and policies. Creating a Masterpiece will have no mediatorial role in any way or arising from any situation.
All IP ownership is retained and reserved by Creating a Masterpiece in all circumstances. When a subscription is purchased, canceled, or expires, no Intellectual property is transferred or retained by the purchaser. In the case of physical products, such as a book, the book will be retained by the purchaser. The IP for the physical product, the copyright of the contained materials, and all other rights are retained by Creating a Masterpiece LLC.
No IP of Creating a Masterpiece may be used in any way without direct, written permission from an authorized representative of Creating a Masterpiece LLC.
Group use is a violation of copyright law unless written permission is obtained from an authorized representative of Creating a Masterpiece LLC.
We use the personal information you give us to improve the content and quality of our website’s services or to provide features that require that information to work.
We will not share or sell your information to other organizations except under the following circumstances:
- We have your permission.
- The information is needed to provide products or services you requested.
- The information is needed to investigate a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Creating a Masterpiece LLC, is acquired by or merged with another company.
Credit card, debit card, or other payment methods and billing information is used to authenticate and pay for some of our products and services.
When you make a purchase through the Creating a Masterpiece website, transactions take place directly between your computer and our payment processor’s servers. We only use payment services that do not share your financial information with us so we never see or handle your card number or banking information. At this time we use Stripe to process payments.
If payment information is stored for a recurring subscription or convenience of future purchases, we never store that information ourselves, but rely on the payment processor to do so when necessary.
Sensitive information is automatically encrypted for transit using industry standard TLS Certificates.
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent from our server and stored on your computer. The cookie often includes a unique identifier that enables our site to recognize your web browser and provide personalized features for your account. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but we recommend you leave them on because some features of Creating a Masterpiece will not work without them, such as logging into the website, authenticating your credentials to access projects, or remembering the items in your shopping cart.
Some sites we link to are developed by people or businesses over whom we have no control. Those other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information.

The customer is responsible to cancel any future automatic renewals agreed to by clicking “Subscribe” at checkout. All annual and monthly accounts will automatically renew at the agreed rate each month or year unless the customer cancels the renewal before it occurs. Cancellations taking place after a renewal will apply to the next renewal following the action of cancellation. Customers may also request cancelation via the contact us link at creatingamasterpiece.com. If the request is received after a renewal it will apply to the next pending renewal.
Monthly subscription parent orders and renewals are non-refundable. Annual subscription parent orders are non-refundable. We will however refund a yearly subscription renewal if the request is made in writing within 72 hours of the renewal processing. Refund requests must be made through the contact us link on Creatingamasterpiece.com. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Creating a Masterpiece LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine if it will grant a refund in any case. Failure to use a subscription, in part or in entirety, during the term purchased, in part or in entirety, is not grounds for an extension or refund.
